i now declare spring break officially begun.

i talked to jimmy about my board.  he recommended (and i agree, seeing as my board is older and such) that i just go buy a $12 tube of solarez and repair my board myself.  hoohah.  back in business.  i'm gonna buy some when i'm in galveston tomorrow, then take about 10 minutes to repair it wed morning.  he said that my board would probably just turn yellow becuase of a little water being let in (which is fine by me, seeing as its turning yellow on my anyways and has dings in it anyways).  and, even if it does get heavier, i've surfed the brick, so it can't be that bad.  i was even looking at the solarez official website, and it shows that i can even reshape the nose (i dont remember exactly how bad it is, but i dont think it was as bad as i'm remembering...it's been about 6 months since i looked at it).  maybe in a couple years i'll put down around $800 to get a nice long board.  riiiiight.  as liza said about scot getting his phd...i'll probably be married and have 6 kids by the time that happens (and she did say that about ME...heh).

im so stoked.  am i a real surfer now?  seeing as i've 1) skipped school to go surfing 2) surfed in austrlia and 3) [going to have] repaired a ding on my own board crappy style?  i guess i still need to spend the night in my car on the beach before i can be a real surfer tho.  oh...and actually be good.  that might help.

i saw the notebook for the first time today.  i didn't cry.  it actually pissed me off.  people dont act like that.

and further news that i dont think i shared this weekend...i have this nice (my) fist sized bruise on my back from trying so hard to flip the zipper...hahahahaha.  that was so much fun.  we put makeup on it during the performance.

i'm going to go see beauty and the beast this saturday as well.  EXCITING!  we're all dressing up too.  how fun!

uhh...performance today.  it was interesting.  my brain hasn't functioned too well since about the middle of the second run thru for the day.  it's crazy trying to pull a choir, orchestra, and dance together when no one is really from the same place.  and the russians were amazing.

the scene that went today in theater was AMAZING

i feel like absolute crap.  i went and saw maroon 5 last night.  i also ate some deep fried oreos.  i think becuase i haven't eaten anything fried in a while (um, besides the occasional donut?) it didnt sit too well, and i was totally in pain and up from about 1 (when i got home) to 330.  that sucked. finally i was able to go to sleep.  its funny how when you wake up out of sleep in pain it totally feels like you're going to die.  i could have used a lot more sleep after last night.

altho i would like to point out that deep fried oreos are really good.

me and dillon got 5 revolutions in a row on the zipper last night.  thats a new personal record.  april also had a lot more fun on it tonight...she actually helped me to get it to turn.

my hands were shaking so bad when we finally left. and the monster that i drank before hand made me sick.  until i got up and got a footlong hotdog.  that was $5.25. 

yesterday was awesome.

i've found i actually am really turned off by guys who don't try in classes.  you know, the ones that never go to class or read or anything.  i'm not saying everyone should be nerds like me...but it just puts me off for some reason.

i woke up at 530 this morning.  jonathan woke me up, and i couldnt get back to sleep becuase i was busy thinking about all the things i needed to do today.

i feel like i've already had about 3 seprate days.  it's time to get ready for the last part of this splendid day....

i didn't turn in my history paper today.  he chose the day it was due (early for bonus) to actually talk about it.  after that i was like ok...and i'm going to finish it over spring break i suppose.
